Jean-Philippe Mateta starts for Crystal Palace as Patrick Vieira makes no changes for Man City

Patrick Vieira has made no changes to his Crystal Palace starting XI ahead of tonight's Premier League match against Manchester City.

The Eagles beat Wolves 2-0 at Molineux last time out and now have a chance to record back to back league wins for just the second time this season when they host Pep Guardiola's side this evening. Vieira admitted in his pre-match press conference that it would be difficult to change a winning side and has kept true to his word, with no changes to the starting XI tonight.

That means Jean-Philippe Mateta is back leading the line with Wilfried Zaha and Michael Olise in support as the front three. Joel Ward is back in the Matchday squad after returning from injury but starts on the bench, with Nathaniel Clyne back in at right-back.

Marc Guehi skippers the side once again and starts with Joachim Andersen at the back, with Tyrick Mitchell starting at left-back ahead of Vicente Guaita in goal. In midfield, Conor Gallagher starts with Cheikhou Kouyate while Jeffrey Schlupp's solid performance against Wolves sees him start once again in the middle.

The bench is light on midfield options, with only Jairo Riedewald and Eberechi Eze able to come on to affect the centre of the pitch. Odsonne Edouard and Christian Benteke are also on the bench with Jordan Ayew.

Crystal Palace XI: Guaita; Mitchell, Guehi, Andersen, Clyne; Kouyate, Gallagher, Schlupp, Olise, Ayew, Zaha.
