One day ahead of his speech at the Republican National Convention, JD Vance — Donald Trump’s official running mate — did a walkthrough on the stage inside Fiserv Forum.
The Ohio senator approached the podium in a suit and gold tie as photographers, reporters, and cameras flanked behind the glass barrier.
Close ally and advocate, Donald Trump Jr., who will be introducing Vance came out and gave him a hug. They smiled and laughed with each other, exchanging words. Vance also hugged Trump Jr.’s fiancé, Kimberly Guilfoyle.
Secret Service agents were on the stage, protecting the new vice presidential nominee, as well.
