Republican presidential nominee JD Vance made an appearance at the Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday to engage with North Carolinians and promote voter participation. The NASCAR race event in Concord provided Vance with the opportunity to connect with supporters and interact with various figures in the racing community, including owner Richard Childress.

During his visit, Vance emphasized the importance of voting in the upcoming election, urging residents of North Carolina to exercise their right to vote on November 5. Accompanied by his wife, Usha, and their three children, Vance was also joined by Donald Trump Jr. and Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley.

Notably, former race car driver Danica Patrick extended an invitation to Vance to attend the NASCAR race after hosting a town hall with him in Greensboro, North Carolina, the previous week. At the town hall, Patrick, a first-time voter, declared her support for Trump as she prepares to cast her ballot.
