With big man Robert Williams III back in the fold for the Boston Celtics in their Tuesday night tilt with the Sacramento Kings, things going much better for Boston with the Texas A&M alum on the court. “Obviously we’re a lot bigger when he’s out there,” said teammate Jayson Tatum after the win via MassLive’s Souichi Terada. “It just makes us much more dynamic, I felt like.”
“His presence, even if he’s not blocking shots, maybe he’s turning people away from attacking the basket,” continued Tatum. He’s grabbing rebounds, giving us second or third opportunities (and is) obviously a lob threat.”
“Having the starters and having Rob back makes us — we’re just a different team,” explained the St. Louis native with the evidence on the court being hard to argue with after Boston put together one of its most dominant outings against a top team in quite some time.
