Jayson Tatum reacts to reaching 10,000 career points with the Boston Celtics

In the Boston Celtics’ win vs. the Brooklyn Nets, All-NBA Celtics forward Jayson Tatum became the youngest Celtic player to reach 10,000 career points. The St. Louis native credited this to the support of his teammates and coaches, stressing the importance of being part of a great franchise. Tatum expressed gratitude for the opportunity and hoped to continue contributing to the team’s success in the future.

The Duke alum also noted that the Celtics remain the only unbeaten team in the NBA at the moment, highlighting the team’s collective effort and the contributions of players coming off the bench. He expressed his love for the team, emphasizing the fun they are having and their competitive spirit.

To hear more of Tatum’s comments after setting the record previously held by Antoine Walker in a clip put together by the folks behind the NBA on ESPN YouTube channel, check it out in the clip below.
