Javi Gracia sets out Leeds United approach against Chelsea could dampen already sour mood

Leeds United head coach Javi Gracia has claimed that his side must start, continue and then finish aggressively if they want to highlight Chelsea's recent struggles even further at Stamford Bridge this weekend.

The Blues have floundered in the last few months under boss Graham Potter, who has come under extreme pressure from fans to start swinging results the other way.

And while the Whites are currently out of the relegation zone, albeit only by a point, they could take a huge step towards safety with a win at Stamford Bridge over their historic rivals on Saturday afternoon.

With their opponents this weekend in a rut of form, Gracia insists that his side will be on the front foot from the first whistle, and that they'll keep up the pressure until the final one.

"I think it's important to start very aggressive, to continue very aggressively, and then to finish even more aggressively," Gracia said in his pre-match press conference earlier.

"To go to Stamford Bridge is always very, very tough but I have that experience.

"Especially with the necessity now that they have with their points, we have to be very, very focused and be prepared for a demanding game."
