Leeds United head coach Javi Gracia has called on his to side to change the "dynamic" at the club in their battle to avoid relegation from the Premier League this season.
Gracia replaced Jesse Marsch earlier this week following a frantic search that lasted more than a fortnight to find a new manager. Signing on a flexible contract, the former Watford boss has 15 matches to move Leeds away from the foot of the table and out of the relegation zone come May.
Delays to a work permit being issued have meant that the 52-year-old is still in limbo over his involvement for Saturday's game against Southampton. The 52-year-old will no doubt be eager to lead his new side at Elland Road, as the Whites hope that he can provide the new manager bounce that Everton have seen glimpses of under Sean Dyche.

A win against the Saints would stop the dire run that has seen Leeds go three months without victory in the Premier League. Despite walking into a team with a poor set of results, Gracia is upbeat about the task ahead as he called on his squad to come together to end their winless streak.
“It is a beautiful experience in a young team with a desire to do things well," Gracia told Spanish outlet MARCA.
"Now, we have 3 months to work on it with a little order and confidence, we can improve the situation. 10 games without winning is a lot, but I see a positive atmosphere. Let’s see if we manage to find the key and change this dynamic.”
