Javi Gracia has claimed he wants his Leeds United players to feel 'comfortable' and 'secure' on the pitch while he figures out the best playing style for the Whites after his arrival earlier this week.
The Spaniard took over from interim boss Michael Skubala and will be with the club until at least the end of the season in order to try and keep them in the Premier League.
But when questioned as to what his playing style is likely to be as Leeds manager, he highlighted the three main things he wants to get right before going in-depth with tactical solutions to the problems the club is currently experiencing.

"First we have to play well," Gracia joked at his pre-match press conference this afternoon ahead of their clash with Southampton this weekend.
"Then after that we can discuss what it means to play well. I think we have to play in the way that players feel comfortable, in a way that players feel secure and in a way that the supporters can enjoy with the team.
"All these things, we have to find a balance. And then we can decide whether it is 4-4-2, 4-4-3, 5-3-2, whatever you want. But the most important thing [to remember] in my opinion is that there are more important things than these numbers."
