Javi Gracia is set to become the new Leeds United head coach and has highlighted his ability to adapt to situations as the most important characteristic when entering a new club.
The Spaniard has been linked with the Leeds job over the past couple of days and is now tipped to take over the dugout at Elland Road from interim boss Michael Skubala.
The 52-year-old has previously discussed how he's able to change his style when entering a new club and make the most of the players he's given.

"You never know where or when you have another chance but you have to be ready," he told the Athletic back in 2020. "Of course, all my experiences before, I think have to help you to improve. In this case, if I stay in England, I’m sure my Watford experience will help me.
"As a head coach, you always have to know you have to take the opportunity and make the most out of the players, and you have to be able to adapt.
"In my opinion, this is the most important characteristic you have to have when you move to a new club, because maybe the way you work in Watford doesn’t work in other English clubs, you know, or Spanish clubs.
"You have to know before arriving what that club or that team needs to achieve good results. But I’m happy with the work we did in Watford and I’ll be always proud of it."
