Javi Gracia has highlighted the drastic recovery in form at Leeds United following his arrival that saw the Whites shrug off a run of 10 Premier League matches without a win.
Following a 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest at the City Ground back in February, Jesse Marsch had his time called short on his tenure at the club just shy of 12 months in charge. The American had failed to win in his last seven top-flight matches in charge and Michael Skubala's three-game spell at the helm also failed to see the West Yorkshire side record a victory.
Conversely, Gracia's last fixture in charge - a win over Forest on Tuesday night - has now meant the former Watford boss has recorded three Premier League wins in his six-match tenure so far. Defeats to Arsenal and Chelsea alongside a thrilling 2-2 draw with high-flying Brighton the only blemishes on an otherwise faultless record at the club.

And Gracia was quick to remind everyone of the club's poor record prior to his arrival after he was asked if he hopes the team's recent form might see Leeds confirm their status in the Premier League next term in advance of the final day of the season.
"Do you remember when I arrived that the team was 10 games without winning?" Gracia said in his pre-match press conference. "And after [a new manager arrives] it happens [results improve], not only this this team, it happens at other clubs as you can see the results of other clubs in the last games.
"[We] try to put all our energy in the next game because every win is really, really important for us. And we have to make the same effort coming from a win or coming after losing the game. It’s something we have to give the importance all the single games and after we have time.
"If we get it before [safety from relegation], then we will. We'll be here for a cup of wine, whatever you want! But until that moment, only [talk about the] next game please."
