Jason Donovan has been praised for his performance in the Party at the Palace concert which saw him don Joseph's technicoloured dreamcoat 30 years after playing the role.
The performer, 54, took to the stage at Buckingham Palace tonight for the BBC's Platinum Jubilee celebrations, marking the 70th anniversary of the Queen's being on the throne.
It saw him perform Any Dream Will Do from the musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, with him wearing the iconic multicoloured jacket for the rendition.
His reprisal of the title character for the special concert impressed BBC viewers, with fans describing it as "pure magic" and "amazing" on social media following the song.
Jason played the lead role of Joseph in a stage production at the London Palladium from 1991 until 1992. It even saw him nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award at the time.
Although he's performed songs from the show since, he hasn't worn the iconic dreamcoat much over the years - with an exception being a club performance in 2007.
