Jarrod Bowen handed first England call-up alongside Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs and West Ham stars

West Ham winger Jarrod Bowen has been called up to the England squad for the first time with Gareth Southgate confirming the players available for upcoming Nations League clashes. There had been growing calls for the former Hull City man to be chosen and he will be join up with stars from Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham in the coming weeks.

Bowen has found the net 12 times and provided a further 12 assists in the Premier League this season and will join teammate Declan Rice ahead of clashes with Hungary, Germany and Italy. The 25-year-old also helped David Moyes' side to the semi-finals of the Europa League in an impressive campaign.

Versatile Leicester City defender James Justin also returns to the squad while former Chelsea centre-back Fikayo Tomori has been recalled after helping AC Milan to the Serie A title. His former Blues teammates Tammy Abraham, Marc Guehi and Conor Gallagher have also been called up once again after impressing with Roma and Crystal Palace respectively.

Of the current Chelsea squad, Reece James and Mason Mount have been called up. Ben White, Aaron Ramsdale and Bukayo Saka have been given the nod from Arsenal, with Emile Smith Rowe dropping out of contention, while Harry Kane remains the sole representative from Tottenham.

The full England squad is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Jordan Pickford, Nick Pope, Aaron Ramsdale

Defenders: Trent Alexander-Arnold, Conor Coady, Marc Guehi, Reece James, James Justin, Harry Maguire, John Stones, Fikayo Tomori, Kieran Trippier, Kyle Walker, Ben White.

Midfielders: Jude Bellingham, Conor Gallagher, Mason Mount, Kalvin Phillips, Declan Rice, James Ward-Prowse.

Forwards: Tammy Abraham, Jarrod Bowen, Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Harry Kane, Bukayo Saka, Raheen Sterling.
