The new year in golf always rings in new gear, with many of the world's best players switching into the latest models from their current manufacturers and some signing with new brands entirely.
In terms of transfers, the biggest deal announced so far is Max Homa switching his clubs, apparel and footwear, with the six-time PGA Tour winner leaving Titleist for Cobra and changing apparel and footwear from FootJoy to Puma shoes and Lululemon clothing.
Homa isn't the only PGA Tour player to have made a move in January, though, so take a look at all of the gear news and switches spotted so far:
Max Homa
Max Homa had been with Titleist since turning pro in 2014 but has switched things up for 2025. The US Ryder Cup star is now one of Cobra Golf's biggest stars alongside the likes of Rickie Fowler and Lexi Thompson.
He has the new DS-Adapt LS driver in the bag as well as Cobra irons and wedges. He is also wearing Puma footwear and has become Lululemon's second PGA Tour ambassador after Min Woo Lee.
Tiger Woods
The 15-time Major winner is another to have put pen to paper in January in renewing his golf ball deal with Bridgestone.
Woods hailed the partnership's 25-year streak as it was actually Bridgestone who made his Nike Golf balls in the early 2000s.
More new Bridgestone staffers
As well as the re-signing of Tiger Woods, Bridgestone has also signed up PGA Tour winners Kurt Kitayama and Harry Hall.
Both men are using the brand's golf balls, with Kitayama in the TOUR B XS MindSet and Hall in the TOUR B X.
Matt Kuchar, Fred Couples, Boo Weekley and Chris Gotterup have all extended their Bridgestone deals, too.
Christiaan Bezuidenhout
Another man to have switched up manufacturers for 2025 is Christiaan Bezuidenhout.
The World No.58 and three-time DP World Tour winner, who was previously a Callaway staffer, has signed with PXG and currently has the brand's driver, fairways, irons and wedges in the bag.
Rickie Fowler
The six-time Major winner has split with TaylorMade, having previously been on a golf ball and glove deal, while he has also extended his partnership with Cobra Puma Golf.
Fowler, who was influential in bringing the TaylorMade TP5 Pix ball to its fruition, is back using a 2023 Titleist Pro V1 and is now wearing a Cobra glove. The 36-year-old has been with Puma since 2009 and Cobra since 2012.
LIV Golf teams
While LIV Golf has a new CEO and a new broadcast deal with Fox Sports, a number of its teams have signed fresh apparel deals ahead of the 2025 season.
Jon Rahm's Legion XIII and Cameron Smith's Ripper GC are now wearing the Greyson logo, while the all-European Majesticks GC appear to have signed a deal with Castore. These deals are yet to be announced but are expected after images were spotted, while Rahm and Hatton were both wearing Greyson at the Dubai Desert Classic.
Phil Mickelson's HyFlyers have also secured a new apparel deal with Primo, the brand known for its joggers that is co-owned by YouTube giant Grant Horvat.
Good Good apparel on the PGA Tour
Good Good is one of the biggest golf YouTube channels but it's also a huge apparel brand, and it has made a number of PGA Tour signings for 2025.
Joining the apparel arm of the company is Full Swing star Joel Dahmen, PGA Tour rookie Jon Pak, Beau Hossler, Willie Mack and 2023 PGA Championship club pro hero Michael Block.
Nico Echavarria
Two-time PGA Tour winner Nico Echavarria has signed with Srixon Golf this January, having previously been a PXG staffer.
The Colombian, who also has two wins on the PGA Tour Americas (previously known as the PGA Tour Latinoamerica), is playing a combo set of Srixon irons and the new Z-Star XV golf ball.
Akshay Bhatia
Two-time PGA Tour winner Akshay Bhatia has moved away from Greyson apparel and signed with Travis Mathew for 2025. Bhatia enjoyed the best season of his career in 2024 with his second win on the PGA Tour as well as two runner-up finishes.
He is also wearing Travis Mathew footwear.
Viktor Hovland
European Ryder Cup star Viktor Hovland has extended his partnership with J Lindeberg by signing a three-year extension.
Hovland has been with the Scandinavian apparel giant since turning pro in 2019 and is the brand's biggest golf ambassador, along with the likes of Anna Nordqvist, Camilo Villegas, Matt Wallace, Todd Clements and another new signing...
Matthieu Pavon
France's Matthieu Pavon has joined Viktor Hovland in the J Lindeberg stable.
Pavon previously wore Ping Apparel but has signed a multi-year deal with JL after winning his first PGA Tour title in 2024 and recording a 5th-place finish at the US Open.
