Last week, Janey Godley's Not Dead Yet tour came to an end after an extremely successful run of 27 dates - all of which she performed whilst undergoing chemotherapy treatment.
And now the 62-year-old comedy star has given her fans a health update and revealed what her plans are now that the gigs are finished.
The funny woman said she'd found being back out on the road for the run of shows "amazing" but she admitted she was delighted to be home with her wee sausage dog Honey, before she revealed she has plans to pen another book.
Speaking to her 288,000 Twitter followers, Janey said: "Hello everybody it's Janey here, I am now home with my wee doggy beside me!
"I just want to thank everybody who has been supporting us throughout this whole tour and I genuinely never thought I would be able to do it I thought I would have to stop but I didn't so it's back to The Beatson, back to my weekly chemo which I've been getting in between the tour.
"The audiences have been amazing! The amounts of gifts that was left back stage... it's been amazing! It's just been utterly amazing 27 shows, over 20,000 tickets sold, sold-out shows everywhere, great reviews and everybody enjoying the show."
Janey also thanked her loyal fanbase for the support they've shown her recently, adding: "After such a s**** f****** 14 months, I was due some happiness so thank you, this has been the happiest time and now I'm going to try and write another book! And yeah, I'm really happy - thank you everybody!"
Janey decided to go ahead with the tour as she continues her cancer fight because she wanted to go out on stage for what she said was "one last time" and, following her diagnosis, she was determined to go "out with a bang".
She confirmed to her fans the heartbreaking news in December that her cancer had returned despite getting the all-clear in June last year.
