Singer and TV personality, Jane McDonald, has shared her secret to shedding four stone in weight, but it may not be as simple as you think.
Returning to our TV screens tonight for 'her Yorkshire' on Channel 5, McDonald has shared the secret to her incredible weight loss journey.
A few years ago, in a bid to improve her own health, Jane took part in a Sugar Free Farm and lost a hefty amount of weight by cutting one food group from her diet.

Unfortunately, the aspect of her diet that was axed was sugar itself.
The programme Sugar Free Farm followed celebrities as they attempt to live on a sugar-free diet and after it ended, Jane continued to follow the restricted diet after seeing improvements in her health.
Now, with her body "detoxed", the singing sensation revealed which food she still enjoys in abundance.
Speaking of her weight loss journey to the Daily Express, Jane said: “I lost a stone and a half from taking part in the TV show Sugar Free Farm.
“I used to eat so much rubbish. I didn’t realise how much rubbish I used to eat.
“I’ve always loved a pie and I was very carbohydrate-led as I was always hungry.
“I ate far too much and all the wrong things. I didn’t realise that if you eat the wrong things, it doesn’t feed your body so you will want more.
“I like my life, and my schedule takes a lot of energy, but I was beginning to get quite tired and I was blaming it on age.
“I thought it’s just normal to have a big waist and a spare tyre because of my age.
“Then I was invited to take part in Sugar Free Farm and I met Angelique Panagos, the resident nutritionist.
“She said that I’d get a lot more energy if I just changed my diet and I looked at her with that ‘whatever’ look.
“But within two weeks I’d lost about 9lbs and I didn’t feel hungry. I always used to be hungry and was always snacking on something, but I don’t have any of that now.
“It’s because of a change in my mindset. I used to live to eat, but now I eat to live."
Jane likes to begin the day with a "green smoothie" and no longer eats "white carbs, like white flour or white pasta."
