Jamie Roberts has made a public appeal for help after losing a number of his playing jerseys of "significant sentimental value" during a car mishap in Cardiff.
The former British and Irish Lion revealed he had accidentally left his car boot open while travelling in the Welsh capital, subsequently losing a dark green Marks and Spencer carrier bag containing a number of jerseys from his playing career.
Roberts believes he lost the bag between Penarth Road and Cardiff Arms Park between 1.25pm and 1.35pm on Thursday, February 23.
He has now taken to Twitter to appeal for further information, saying: "Hope Twitter can do its thing. Accidentally left my car boot open and have just lost a bag full of various playing jerseys onto the road in Cardiff. Lost between Big Yellow Storage on Penarth Rd and Cardiff Arms Park between 13.25 & 1335. Significant sentimental value."
The 36-year-old represented Cardiff, Bath, Racing Metro and the Dragons during his 17-year career as a player. He also earned 94 caps for Wales and made three appearances for the British and Irish Lions.
