Jamie Redknapp and wife Frida spent Valentine's Day together by sharing a boxing session at a London gym.
It's the pair's first Valentine's Day since they became husband and wife in October 2021.
Baby Raphael was born a month later - on November 24, 2021.

Raphael is Jamie's third child, as he shares two sons, Charly and Beau, with ex-wife Louise Redknapp.
Jamie and Frida were accompanied by Raphael during their recent honeymoon to the Maldives.
However the former Liverpool player's latest Instagram post was a far cry from those on idyllic beaches.
Loved up Jamie and Frida looked like they'd been made to work hard, as they posed for a photo with their trainer.
Frida showed off her trim figure in leggings and a crop top, while Jamie wore a blue t shirt with navy shorts.
Captioning the post, Jamie said: "Valentine’s Day @jab_box with my girl . You killed us @george__veness."
Fans have been quick to wish them well.
