Jamie Redknapp has admitted to "running off" after offering "the hardest man in football" a fight.
The former Liverpool player reminisced on his first ever goal in front of The Kop back in 1992. Taking to Instagram, he shared a clip of the last minute goal that secured a win against Chelsea with his 1.4 million followers.
It showed him slide the ball into the goal as the crowd went wild. The pundit wrote: "On this day in 1992 I scored my first goal in front of the Kop to get a last minute winner."

He went on to add a second story which showed his celebration after the match-winning goal. His teammates hugged him as he sprinted past one of the blues mouthing something towards them.
Jamie admitted in the caption that football hardman Vinnie Jones was on the field with him that day. He explained: "It felt that good that I decided to offer the hardest man in football out for a fight @thevinniejones. Then quickly came to my senses and run off."
Jamie ended the post with two crying laughing emojis.
Jamie, 49, was active on the football field from 1989 until 2005. He played for AFC Bournemouth, Southampton, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur, captaining the latter two. He was also a member of England’s squad that reached the semi finals of Euro 1996.
His 11 years at Liverpool were the most prolific, playing more than 237 league games for the club, including a spell as captain, and being involved in winning the 1995 Football League Cup Final. Football is in his family's blood as his dad Harry Redknapp, has managed a number of football teams, and Frank Lampard, former player turned manager of Everton, is his cousin.
