Jamie Oliver's wife Jools flooded with 'that's not Jamie' messages as she posts unrecognisable snap

Jamie Oliver has stunned fans after his wife posted a loved-up photo of the pair to mark Valentine's Day. Jools took to Instagram on Tuesday (February 14) to share her love for her partner of 30 years.

The sweet outdoor image, which appears to have been taken in the summer with Jamie donning a low-cut Hawain-inspired shirt, shows the pair leaning in for a smooch. "Happy [love] day to my everything and my favourite over 30 Valentines later," Jools captioned the adorable snap.

But Jools' followers were quick to comment as they suggested it wasn't Jamie she was kissing due to the celebrity chef and TV star's new do with many shocked at how different it made him appear to look.

@tombolamanjola asked: "Who are you kissing!?" @nbrown9216 replied: "That’s not Jamie is it??" @rollie3333 echoed: "That's not Jamie." @janine7717 wrote: "Is that Jamie???? Looks so different." @didiferg posted: "That’s not Jamie’s hair . I don’t think it’s Jamie at all !" @annacsanderson typed: "Has Jamie had a perm? Its not him is it?!!!"

But @catherinehalley7 commented: "Of course it's Jamie. His hair is naturally curly. Just like lovely Poppy Oliver." @sare_sunshine8 shared: "Everyone needs to settle down - that’s Jamie, it’s called aging and they both look fantastic!"

Jamie and his wife Jools have been happily married since 2000 and are doting parents to the five children they share together - Poppy Honey Rosie, 18, Petal Blossom Rainbow, 11, Buddy Bear Maurice, 10, Daisy Boo Pamela, seven, and River Rocket Blue, four.

In 2021, Jools revealed how the couple had planned to add a sixth child to their brood but sadly experienced pregnancy loss. "So I have thought about IVF because having researched it and spoken to some amazing people, it seems like the right option for my age," she shared with the Mirror during the same year when discussing her family plans.

"But you know that it's hard because also I've got a partner you know, I've got to think about him. I'm not so sure he's that keen to do it that way. So I don't want to push anything, because I'm very lucky."

Last year, Jamie praised Jools calling her "an absolute superstar" after suffering from long Covid for two years. The 47-year-old, who rose to fame on cookery show The Naked Chef, said his childrenswear designer wife had been “really affected” by the virus.

He told the Daily Mail Weekend magazine: "She’s had bad Covid and long Covid so she’s been really affected by it, sadly. She’s okay but still not what she wants to be. It’s been two years, she finds it deeply scary."

The TV chef explained they had seen specialist medical professionals but have been unable to solve her symptoms as the condition is still being learnt about. "We’re all over Harley Street like a rash but no one really knows anything. The data on long Covid is still piling in. She’s been an absolute superstar," he said.

Speaking about his relationship, the TV chef said: "Me and Jools have been together since we were 18. We went to London with nothing but dreams and aspirations. Luckily, we were able to solidify our relationship before it all kicked off. Then we did it together. It was exciting.

"When I first started going out with Jools, she was like, ‘I’ll never be able to have kids.’ She had polycystic ovaries. But here we are with five."
