Jamie Lomas breaks silence over Asan N'Jie fight after Emmerdale actor threatened to stab him

Jamie Lomas has broken his silence after Emmerdale actor Asan N'Jie threatened to stab him at the TV Choice Awards.

The Hollyoaks actor, 44, was seen out and about in Manchester on Thursday morning wearing an outfit that seemed to have a clear message for his foe.

His cap read "be good be nice" and he ranted that he'd "had it up to here with it all" as he was photographed looking forlorn, the MailOnline reports.

Jamie's outing comes after Asan issued him with a grovelling apology following his sacking from the ITV soap.

Asan said: "My behaviour at the TV Choice Awards was completely unacceptable and very much out of character.

"I sincerely apologise to everybody who has been affected especially Jamie Lomas, the whole Emmerdale team, our audience, ITV, my family, and the organisers of the TV Choice Awards.

"I am devastated, accept full responsibility for my actions and I am determined to learn from this."

Asan, whose character Ellis has been involved in a knife attack storyline, bellowed at Jamie: "Do you think you are a f*****g big man? I'm going to f*****g kill you. I'm going to f*****g knife you."

He was thrown out of the venue after the pair were pulled apart by security twice.

ITV bosses confirmed that they'd sacked Asan following an investigation.

A spokesperson for the channel said: "Emmerdale suspended Asan N'Jie yesterday pending further investigation into an incident at a central London hotel on Monday night.

"ITV executives have met with him this morning and as a consequence Asan's contract has been terminated with immediate effect."

Jamie put the drama behind him yesterday when he reunited with his I'm A Celebrity campmates .

He headed out for lunch with Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo, Dennis Wise and Jack Maynard.
