Jamie Laing and celebrity 'twin' Judge Rinder show off ripped body transformations to impressed fans

Celebrity 'twins' Jamie Laing and Robert Rinder appear to be quite in sync as they have both showed off their impressive body transformations to fans. The Made In Chelsea star and Judge Rinder have been likened to one another over the years.

And back in 2019, Jamie addressed the likeness when the pair were finally in the same room together. Sharing a smiling photo of them on Instagram, he penned: "couldn’t be happier that after all these years, I finally found my long, lost twin brother @judgerinder. It was emotional to say the least."

At the time followers rushed to leave their comments about the uncanny resemblance and now it appears they've both been hitting the gym quite hard - albeit separately.

On Monday (August 8), Jamie took to Instagram to share 'before and after' snaps of himself after undergoing a body makeover. "Right here goes…." he started the lengthy caption of his post which showed the difference between his former and now chiselled physique.

"I’m never somebody to post about going to the gym or what I’m training bla bla bla - perhaps because I feel a little embarrassed about doing it.

"Anyway a few weeks ago I started training with this hero @shaunstafford. Today he sent me this before and after photo and it took me by surprise, in a good way, so you know what 'F**k It!' Turns out training weights, having a good diet and not just doing cardio can make a difference to body and mind!!"

The 33-year-old then clarified: "The before is on the right by the way. I look so tried with a swollen face on the left, Right V cringe and enough said…. Let’s see what happens in a few more weeks."

Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka Marquez was among the first to respond, writing: "Yeah boy!!! @jamielaing," while former Love Island contestant turned PR company director Scott Thomas said: "Smashed it." Busted star Matt Willis also replied: "Yes mate!!! Epic work brother!!!" And wife-to-be Sophie Habboo was also impressed, simply penning: "O h hello!"

But his trainer Shaun didn't want him to get too complacent as he commented: "And you’re still in the strength phase… wait til the cut!!! We’re only just getting started!!! @jamielaing."

Meanwhile, Judge Rinder stunned fans when he debuted his impressive six pack on Instagram. The TV star was unrecognisable as he took to the social media platform over the weekend to show off his gym-honed body to his 165,000 Instagram followers.

He showed off his toned bod as he lifted waits in the gym while also showing off his rugged stubble. He wrote alongside the mid-workout snaps: "Six days at @juicemasterretreats.. Body back to marathon fitness & mind restored. @jasonvale is the real deal (watch him dance)!"

TV presenter Gaby Roslin was quick to respond, sharing the flame amojis and writing: "wow!" While Carol Vorderman cheekily commented: "Ooh I've seen it in the real world." This Morning and BBC Radio 2's Vanessa Feltz also replied: "Bl**dy hell!! You are bionic!"

And fans were also impressed. @jennytravis12345 said: "Wow. Looking fantastic Rob. Have a lovely day." @mollyioannou wrote: "Looking amazing @robrinder." @delta0991 commented: "Looking very rugged indeed Mr Rinder, the beard looks good on u." @jo.tallent1 replied: "You are Looking absolutely fabulous Rob!" @su.reahulks added: "Omg looking good Rob."
