Jamie Carragher was told to 'behave' by commentator Martin Tyler after aiming a joke at Manchester United during Fulham's 1-1 draw with Wolves on Friday night.
Michael Oliver oversaw proceedings at Craven Cottage, with Sky Sports commentator Tyler acknowledging that the Northumberland-born referee is a Newcastle United supporter.
Tyler noted how Oliver cannot referee Newcastle matches due to his support for the club, which prompted Carragher to joke about referees' potential affection for Manchester United.
The former Liverpool defender said: "Obviously you can't referee the club you support, so it must've been hard for them to find someone for the Carabao Cup final with Manchester United involved."

Tyler responded by telling his co-commentator to 'behave' following the remark in a light-hearted exchange.
David Coote will referee the final at Wembley Stadium, as Newcastle contest their first domestic cup final since losing 2-0 against eventual treble winners Manchester United in the 1999 FA Cup final.
The Magpies defeated Tranmere Rovers, Crystal Palace, AFC Bournemouth, Leicester City, and then Southampton over two legs to set-up a tasty encounter against the Red Devils.
Eddie Howe's men will be aiming to lift the League Cup for the first time in Newcastle's history, after losing their previous final in this competition against Manchester City in 1976.
