Manchester United fans will not want to remember the 7-0 drubbing at Liverpool anytime soon.
It was the Red Devils' joint-heaviest defeat in their history and a thoroughly embarrassing afternoon after enduring so much success over the previous weeks and months under Erik ten Hag.
Former United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel was certainly one player that wasn't used to losing football matches - especially by that manner. He hated being beaten by Liverpool and would've been hurt watching the game on Sunday.
And the Dane was subsequently the target of seven jokes by Jamie Carragher in CBS' coverage of the Champions League as the latter tried to make him bite back. Here are the seven jokes that were made during the broadcast.
7up can
During a segment that saw Carragher chat to Schmeichel, the ex-Liverpool man included the number 'seven' into every single joke. The first one saw Carragher having a can of 7up in front of him during the broadcast.
7th of March
The Sky Sports pundit followed by specifically outing the date - the 7th of March as a reminder to Schmeichel of the scoreline. He said: "We’re getting into March, the 7th of March. It feels like these games are cut-throat, like I said, into March on the seventh. How important does it feel being at the Bridge."
Seven Bellingham
Schmeichel then said he couldn't hear the question, so Carragher chose to ask another: He said "Jude Bellingham is there and he’s a superstar, and we feel he’s maybe going to move on in the summer.
"What type of price tag are we talking? Who knows how big that will be, you have to think it will start at least with a seven?"
Seven-time winners
Carragher continued to make fun of United and Schmeichel as he taunted the ex-Manchester City man ahead of Tottenham's clash with AC Milan.
He continued: Peter, you’re going to be at AC Milan tomorrow (Wednesday), AC Milan vs Tottenham. I mean AC Milan, how big a problem would that be if they go out? We are talking about the seven-time winners of the Champions League."
Schmeichel's seven points
Schmeichel avoided biting back for the first four jokes, before eventually giving in, to much laughter from Carragher and Micah Richards. "Aren’t we seven points ahead of you?" Schmeichel responded.
"Well, well done Jamie. I give that one night or whatever. It wasn’t great for me, I have to say that. It wasn’t great."
Seven Ten Hag
"I've been trying to make sense of this since then," Schmeichel said. "I still have no idea how that can happen, because it shouldn’t happen. I think [Erik] ten Hag has said it – it was embarrassing, it was unprofessional and it can never happen again. So I hope he’s right and I hope he gets things right."
Carragher then added: "Peter, you’ve just called him 'Ten Hag'. It's actually 'Seven Hag!'"
Second 7up
As the duo ended their conversation, Carragher decided to poke fun at Schmeichel once more and said: "Don't worry, we’re enjoying our 7up, Peter."
