Jamie Carragher has admitted he can understand the frustration of Everton fans regarding the club's current situation, but believes 'no one' wants Farhad Moshiri to go due to the financial backing he provides.
Supporters gathered outside Goodison Park last night to continue expressing their anger towards the Blues board, who many believe are to blame for the club's malaise.
Chairman Bill Kenwright has bore the brunt of the criticism and was again targeted yesterday evening as fans chanted "Kenwright and co, it's time to go", while one individual defaced the ground by spraying graffiti on an image of the 76-year-old outside the stadium.

Carragher was another name being sung by supporters, though these words were not particularly complementary of the boyhood Blue.
The 43-year-old gave his take on the protests and questioned why attention was not instead being directed towards Moshiri as opposed to Kenwright.
"Understandable frustration from the fans but, let’s be honest, no one wants to go for Moshiri because he is funding the stadium," he tweeted.
"Moshiri/Usmanov have made all the mad decisions of the last 5 years.
"Kenwright’s mistakes were not having enough money & picking the wrong billionaire."
Carragher added: "I’ve spoken to Bill Kenwright once years ago so I have no bias towards him, but him leaving right now does nothing."
Responding to a claim that Kenwright found the 'perfect billionaire' in Moshiri as it enabled him to 'keep his stripes', Carragher added: "I agree with this to a certain extent.
"Kenwright loves Everton almost too much so can’t let go.
"I think BK (Kenwright) & DBB (Denise Barrett-Baxendale) are also worried to go against Moshiri because he’s funding the stadium!"
