Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher believes the rest of footballing world will be 'looking towards Chelsea' after an extravagant January transfer window.
Chelsea raised eyebrows last month by spending an eye-watering £323 million and breaking the British transfer record with their £106m signing of Argentina star Enzo Fernandez from Benfica.
The former Liverpool defender is interested to see how Chelsea boss Graham Potter is going to make it work after making spending history in January.

Carragher spoke on Sky Sports before Chelsea took on Fulham at Stamford Bridge on Friday night in the Premier League about the problems Potter may face.
"It was interesting listening to Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola today," Carragher said. "I think the whole of football will be sort of looking at Chelsea right now trying to work out how they've managed it, how they've got that amount of players in for that cost. Also for ourselves, how Graham Potter is going to make this work, it is intriguing.
"Between now and the end of the season, they've had to leave certain players out of the Champions League squad. It certainly feels there's going to be a lot movement out of the club I would imagine in the next transfer window because it just feels as though they've got too many players."
