Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has already responded to comments he made about Mikel Arteta's management during a video in-which the 33-year-old was recorded criticising his former manager shortly after leaving Arsenal.
In the video, Aubameyang said: "To manage big characters and big players, he can't deal with it." He was then asked if Arteta had good people skills to which he responded: "Some young players don't say anything, they just listen." Aubameyang has since addressed these quotes, tweeting: "Aware there is a video out that was recorded just after I arrived at Barca. At the time I still had a lot of bad feelings in me - Arsenal are doing great things this season and I wish all my old guys well, just not on November 6 *wind and tongue out emoji*. Now full focus on tomorrow *blue circle emoji*."
Jamie Carragher has gone one step further though, disagreeing with the striker's comments and heaping praise on Arteta for the job he has done in leading the Gunners to be top of the table.

When asked who the top three managers in the Premier League were, Carragher said: "Obviously I would say Klopp and Pep. I think it will be a really sad day when they both leave the Premier League. I would also say Mikel Arteta, not only because they are top of the league but for the fact that, I like managers that are brave. That might be unpopular but I like a manager who makes tough decisions, like what he did with Aubameyang.
"He has had a bit of criticism, a young manager in his first job but the way that they play and I think he can take it to the next level."
Arteta disciplined Aubameyang 14-months ago, removing the captaincy from him and forcing him to train on his own before later allowing him to join Barcelona on a free deal. The move frustrated Aubameyang, who was having trouble getting on-board with Arteta's management, especially throughout the tough period last winter when the Spaniard was under immense pressure and was fighting for his job.
The Gabon striker has since joined Chelsea where he is now managed by Graham Potter. Having been convinced largely by Thomas Tuchel to come back to the Premier League this summer, Aubameyang has started well under his new manager at Stamford Bridge, scoring his first two goals in back-to-back matches and looks set to lead the line from the start against AC Milan at San Siro in a huge Champions League clash.
Potter's skills as a communicator will play a large part in how Aubameyang works out over the next two years at SW6, and he was singled out for praise by Roy Keane, who included the new Chelsea boss in his own top three. He said: "And I like Graham Potter at Chelsea. The way his teams play, the way he comes across to the media, I am glad he has got the chance to work at a big club like Chelsea. He has settled in really well."
