Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville's Leeds United disagreement amid relegation debate

Sky Sports presenters Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville have disagreed about Leeds United's chances of staying in the Premier League after their 2-2 draw against Manchester United.

The Whites secured a vital point against high-flyers Manchester United thanks to goals from Wilfried Gnonto and Crysencio Summerville that sent them up to 16th, a point clear of the relegation zone.

However, they face the same test this weekend when they welcome Erik ten Hag's side to Elland Road but are currently managerless following Jesse Marsch's exit earlier this week.

"Southampton, Bournemouth, Leeds," Carragher said on the latest episode of The Overlap when asked who he believes will be relegated to the Championship.

However, Neville quickly disagreed when prompted for his answer: "I worry about those bottom two [Southampton and Bournemouth], having seen Southampton on Saturday. I’m not sure about Leeds."

Carragher is not the first pundit to predict Leeds to go down this season, after Robbie Savage doubled-down on his relegation prediction at the start of the season last week.
