The waiting for Jameson Williams to get healthy paid off on Sunday for the Detroit Lions.
The first-round pick out of Alabama via Ohio State was taken 12th overall in the NFL draft despite suffering a torn ACL in the 2022 CFP Championship Game.
He finally made a catch in an NFL game in Week 14 and it turned out to be a touchdown grab of 41 yards on the pass from Jared Goff.
Somehow, the Minnesota Vikings blew the coverage and Williams was about as open as a receiver in the NFL can get.
After the PAT, it was 7-0.
Jameson Williams’ 1st career catch is a TOUCHDOWN. 👏 @bigsgjamo
