James Tavernier feels Rangers are in a good place to go and get a result against Manchester United on Thursday night.
The Light Blues captain was a guest on the talkSPORT breakfast show as he discussed the upcoming Europa League fixture with Jeff Stelling and Ally McCoist.
Rangers sit eighth in the new league-phase standings, one point behind their Old Trafford hosts.
However, they have already shown that they can outperform expectations on a European night this season by thrashing Nice 4-1 away from home. While, they felt aggrieved to only draw when Tottenham Hotspur came to Ibrox in December.
"We've had a really good campaign so far," the experienced Rangers defender said.
"It's a competition that we have really enjoyed, we have really expressed ourselves against the top European teams, and we are in a good position with two games left. It's obviously a big one in two days time.

"The other teams have more possession, it's more of an open game, and defensively we've been doing really well when it comes to that. The transitions have been really effective.
"It's different compared to domestic but we are just taking it within our stride to take advantage of all the other teams that are expecting to beat us. We are maybe going into the games as underdogs and we are really outperforming."
Tavernier was then asked if Rangers can go into this blockbuster away tie with added confidence given Manchester United's recent frailties.
Ruben Amorim's team, who lost 3-1 to Brighton at the weekend, are languishing 13th in the English Premier League table and even their own manager has publicly slated them in recent weeks.
"You've got to fancy yourself against anybody," Tavernier explained.
"Obviously they are going through a difficult patch at the moment. We are going to work on what we believe they are going to be setting themselves out to do against us, work really hard over the next couple of days, and put that game plan into the game. Hopefully we can get that win."
