Speaking to Gulf News , Milner has outlined his intention to carry on playing past this season.
Milner was asked for his thoughts on his career moving forward, and he did confirm that he is looking to move into coaching.
“I am taking my football coaching badges, but my only intention at present, is to play football for as long as I can, us footballers are retired from football for a long time,” said Milner.
Milner has already shown his coaching capabilities while at Liverpool, having featured in the dugout when not involved in the matchday squad.
