James Corden named his 'worst ever' celebrity guest on his TV show, outlining his 'disappointment' with one very well-known music star in an unearthed interview.
The Late Late Show host, 44, has come into the spotlight in recent weeks after being banned from a top restaurant in New York for "yelling like crazy at staff" over an omelette.
James has since apologised on TV and his ban lifted as he admitted he was "ungracious" and said it was never his "intention" to upset staff.
Now in resurfaced interview, James recalls how one celebrity walked out of rehearsals and explained in seven years of hosting the hit-US programme, it was a moment he would always remember.
A segment in the programme - called 'Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts' - sees guests chat with the Gavin and Stacey writer about juicy gossip.
If one refuses to answer one of the questions they are forced to eat or drink something disgusting.
It was in 2019 that James was playing the popular game with actress Demi Moore when she asked James which celebrity disappointed him the most.
After facing a mayo, cheese curd, and soy sauce smoothie, James revealed that Hustlin rapper Rick Ross was his 'worst ever guest'.
The Maybach Music star was set to appear on the chat show and James had created a spoof to one of his hit tracks, a joke about binge-watching Netflix.
"We sent the stuff to Rick's people, and Rick had seen it, loved it, and was so excited to do it," James told Demi during the show's game.
According to James, Ross seemingly changed his mind about the whole thing after watching Corden and his crew perform the track in practise.
James added: "Rick Ross came and sat here, and we did the whole thing about binging with rapping.
"And Rick goes, 'Cool, I'm just going to go to the restroom.' About 20 minutes later, we just stood there and he hadn't come back.
"Then his management person came back and went, 'Yeah, Rick's not going to do that.'"
In the memorable moment, James and Demi both burst into laughter as the talks how host later admitted he could see why Ross said no to the segment.
"I have to say, now that I've said it out loud, I see his point. It does sound like a terrible idea," James said. "But I was very disappointed at the time."
He took the reins of the CBS show in 2015 and is set to step down next year, but the stand-out memory remains for James.
It comes after he was briefly banned from New York's Balthazar restaurant for 'yelling at staff' over an omelette – something he has since apologised for.
James admitted he was "ungracious" and said it was never his "intention" to upset staff.
He said: "Because I didn't shout or scream, I didn't get up out of my seat, I didn't call anyone names or use derogatory language, I've been walking around thinking that I haven't done anything wrong.
"But the truth is I have made a rude, rude comment. And it was wrong. It was an unnecessary comment, it was ungracious to the server."
