James Argent has showcased his incredible weight loss as he soaked up the sun on holiday in Marbella on Monday.
The former TOWIE star, 34, looked slimmer than ever as he sported a pair of beige patterned swimming shorts while lapping up the sunshine after he dropped a staggering 14-stone since undergoing a gastric sleeve operation.
The reality TV star was seen protecting himself from the sun as he lathered his slimmed-down body in suncream as the blazing rays beamed down on him.
James appeared to be having the time of his life as he enjoyed an array of water sports - including an on-water slide which he made full use of.
As the day went on, James also took part in some cliff jumping as he made the most of his Marbella getaway.
The much-loved reality TV star appears to be happier than ever in recent weeks after he admitted that he has 'found love' with a mystery woman who lives abroad.
James has spent the past year working on himself since undergoing gastric sleeve surgery and tackling his drug addiction.
And it appears he finally ready for love again following a recent trip to Mykonos to sing at a wedding.
Appearing on ITV 's Lorraine last month, the star opened up on his love life with host Lorraine Kelly.
He shared: "I think I've finally come to a point where I'm truly confident with myself. I do genuinely love myself now.
"I'm strong, physically and mentally, so I think I am ready to meet someone. Now I can look after myself, I'm ready to look after someone else."
When asked if he was dating, Arg responded: "I did meet someone nice actually.
"I've met a woman in Mykonos. It wasn't a holiday romance or anything like that. We exchanged numbers.
"We have been speaking, she's not English, she lives abroad. Who knows [what will happen]. It's exciting anyway."
James recently also opened up about the reason behind his surgery after years of struggling with his weight.
“It wasn’t that I suddenly put on weight and did something drastic," he told.
"I struggled with my weight up and down for many many years. A lot of diets. For me, it just worked.”
"I haven’t suffered too badly with excess skin, but I’m not going to lie, around the stomach area there is a bit of excess skin.
"Obviously I’m conscious when I wear my swimming shorts around the swimming pool – you know the old Simon Cowell style, I have my swimming shorts right up where my belly button is.
“But that’s something I’m going to have to address. I’m quite lucky really. It’s not too bad. There is excess skin, but it’s minimal.”
Arg has dropped a whopping 14-stone since completely overhauling and transforming his lifestyle following a tough time in lockdown.
