James Argent has revealed the moment he found out his TOWIE pal Ferne McCann was engaged.
The mum-of-one, 31, will be walking down the aisle after her beau Lorrie Haynes, 30, popped the question following their whirlwind romance.
Ferne and Arg, 34, have been friends for years after starring on the ITV2 show and now the fan favourite has shared his reaction to his friend's happy news.
Posting a screenshot of Ferne flashing her sparkler on a video call, Arg said: "The very moment that one of my closest & most special friends @fernemccann tells me she’s just got engaged to the very lucky @lozzahaines
"You deserve this more than anyone my beautiful friend & I know he will take good care of you! Congratulations."
Ferne loved her Arg's post and messaged him back, gushing: "Ahhh darling, love you so much. Beyond happy, on cloud 9."
Fans are delighted for the First Time Mum star, who had a seriously tough time after her daughter's father, Arthur Collins, was sentenced to 20 years in jail for throwing acid on a crowd in a nightclub.
Ferne was pregnant with the couple's child Sunday when the news broke and previously spoke about how she was 'robbed' of a normal pregnancy when he was jailed.
She dumped Arthur immediately after the incident.
After a few failed romances, the reality star started dating real estate agent Lorrie, who lives in Dubai, in January.
Going public with their romance in February, Ferne told fans: "When you least expect it, you could meet someone who will completely change your life forever."
She fell head over heels with Lorri and revealed they had discussed marriage and babies just weeks into their romance.
"[Marriage and kids] is definitely something we talk about all the time. Lorri’s the first person I can see having a future with, so those things often come up. And with one of my best friends Danielle [Armstrong] getting married this year – it’s happening all around us.
"It’s not just a dream – I feel like it is going to happen," she told OK!.
And it looks Ferne was right after she made the announcement on Instagram yesterday sharing a snap of her huge rock shortly Lorri had popped the question.
Captioning the pic, she gushed: "So happily ever afters do exist. I cannot wait to do forever with you baby."
