James Argent put on a body confident display as he showed off his incredible seven stone weight loss while on holiday in Marbella.
The former Towie star, who had a gastric sleeve just 16 weeks ago, stripped to his underwear for a swim in the sea after forgetting to pack his trunks.
Arg, 33, is currently holidaying with former co-star Elliott Wright who snapped the moment his pal had to take to the waters in a pair of tiny red pants and shared it on Instagram with his followers.
"Who goes on a boat trip and forgets trunks? @Real_Arg that's who lol," laughed business mogul Elliott as he shared the pictures with fans.
Arg showed off his slimmed down waist in the shots as he cackled while holding on to a railing of the luxury yacht.
He then athletically launched himself into the water while Elliot continued filming.
Doctors had previously warned the reality star to 'lose weight or die' after his weight crept up to 27 stone.
Following advice, Arg shed the pounds to undergo a gastric sleeve operation and has been shedding around a stone a month following his surgery.
Earlier this year, he was delighted to tell fans he was 'back on solid foods' as his body adjusted to his new eating habits.
"I'm aiming to stick to nutritionally packed foods as part of a well balanced diet to help me reach my weight loss goals," he told followers.
As well as the surgery, Arg said he was also focusing on his wellbeing goal by increasing his fitness with the help of pal Mark Wright and training for two charity swims.
During an appearance on the Steph Show in June, Arg spoke of the inspiration behind his journey.
"It was scary being 27 stone… It was serious, doctors were telling me how dangerous it was… I knew it was something I had to address pretty quickly.'
'It felt horrible, I was always extremely uncomfortable, I couldn't look at myself in the mirror."
He went on: "It felt depressing and it just wasn't me. Now I'm starting to feel like myself again and I'm excited about what the future is going to bring."
Over the last week, Arg has jetted off to Marbella to spend time with his pal Elliott Wright.
Elliott invited his pals over to join him in Spain after rebuilding his beloved restaurant Olivia's La Carla, just three months after it was destroyed in a devastating blaze back in April.
As well as having Arg over, Elliott has also been supported by cousin Jess Wright.
Sharing snaps of the new look, Jess penned on Instagram : "So immensely proud of my cousin @elliottwright_. Against all the odds, he's not only done it in a few months but made it even better. I cannot wait to come to @olivia_la_cala."
