Seahawks strong safety Jamal Adams‘ 2022 season ended almost before it could even begin. Adams kicked off the campaign on a tear in Week 1 against the Broncos, but he only played 15 snaps before suffering a major quad injury that forced him to have surgery and go on injured reserve.
Good news: Adams appears to be making progress. This week he shared a few videos on his Twitter page of the rehab process.
