Jalen Hurts recreated the classic Tim Tebow jump pass TD, and celebrated with a Heisman pose

Seemingly nothing has been able to stop Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles. Not only is Philadelphia comfortably the current top seed in the NFC, they’re also the only remaining undefeated team at 8-0. In fact, through roughly half a season, most opposing squads have barely tested the Eagles — who have been in a dominant state of cruise control.

We saw this dominance again early on against the Commanders on Monday night.

With Philadelphia in the low red zone looking to break free from a 7-7 tie, Hurts broke out a famous play from the football annals — the Tim Tebow jump pass over the trenches after the quarterback fakes a draw. And when the play worked to perfection in the form of a Dallas Goedert touchdown, Hurts even broke out the Heisman pose to celebrate:

Oh, come on. There is just no way you can get any cooler than that. With how the Eagles are playing right now, Hurts executing creative plays to perfection and celebrating appropriately might be a run-of-the-mill moment for this juggernaut. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t appreciate its coolness any less.
