Jalen Hurts’ new contract has bettors rushing to grab his MVP odds

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts signed a major contract extension on Monday, and NFL bettors have taken notice of his emergence.

Right now, Hurts has the most NFL MVP bets with Bet MGM for next season of any player in the league.

The Eagles quarterback has +1000 odds to claim the NFL’s top on-field honor, and bettors are wagering that he’ll be able to cash in on the hype.

The former Alabama and Oklahoma quarterback went from being a second-round draft pick in 2020 to an NFC title-winning starter for Philly. His chances of being named the best player in the NFL next winter are as high as ever.

We’ll see if Hurts and the Eagles can storm back in the NFC next season or if a Super Bowl hangover could befall the franchise.

With offensive targets like A.J. Brown, Devonta Smith and Dallas Goedert still in tow, we’re betting that Hurts will have an easy time recapturing his 2022 form.

It’s just a matter now of if he’ll be able to improve on it and claim an MVP honor. At the very least, he’s got bettors in his corner right now to do just that.
