Jake Paul wants to team up with Kanye West in row with Pete Davidson

Jake Paul has vowed to team up with Kanye West and "slap" comedian Pete Davidson when he next sees him.

Paul and Davidson have a rivalry that dates back to the YouTuber's boxing match with Ben Askren last year, when the SNL star made a number of jokes at his expense during his time on the broadcast.

The comedian was sent into the dressing rooms of both Paul and Askren before the bout to conduct pre-fight interviews, where he jokingly appeared to switch sides based on who he was talking to.

However, Paul felt that his jokes had gone too far when the SNL star made a jibe towards him which was censored on the broadcast.

The pair's feud has continued since then, with Paul regularly repeating his threat to slap Davidson when he next sees him, and the comedian mocking Paul in his own right.

Davidson played Paul in a sketch on Saturday Night Live last year, where he joked that he would be calling out boxing legend Muhammad Ali next, despite Ali having passed away five years prior.

A major critique of Paul's young boxing career has been that he fights athletes way past their primes, such as 36-year-olds Askren and Nate Robinson as well as 38-year-old Tyron Woodley.

And with Davidson now drawing the ire of rap music legend West, Paul has one again threatened the comedian with a slap when he next sees him.

“Kanye & I on his a** now,” the 5-0 wrote in a tweet to Davidson. “Soon to get slapped.”

West is feuding with Davidson after it emerged that he has been dating the musician's ex-wife; reality TV star Kim Kardashian, for the past few months.

The rapper wrote into his new song 'Eazy' that he was planning to attack Davidson, which has prompted the comedian to hire extra security in fear of West's army of fans.

The lyrics for the song are: “God saved me from that crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s a**.”

West was involved in a car crash in 2002 after falling asleep at the wheel, but survived and made a full recovery, which is what he is referencing in his lyrics.

And Davidson has now reportedly upped his security detail, with a source saying to Radar Online : “Pete isn’t worried about Kanye, but he is concerned about the massive fanbase that Kanye has.

"His devoted followers listen to his songs and act upon them.”

Paul is currently on holiday celebrating his incredible run of wins in 2021 that saw him pocket a reported $45million for a fight with Askren and two with Woodley.

But he could run into Davidson in New York when he is in the city later this year to promote his fighter Amanda Serrano's undisputed lightweight title bout with Katie Taylor.

The fight is seemingly all but done for April 30 at Madison Square Garden, with Paul set to co-promote with Eddie Hearn.
