Jake Paul takes swipe at Tommy Fury in YouTube star's Dana White 'diss track'

Jake Paul has taken yet another swipe at Tommy Fury in his new 'diss track' aimed at UFC President Dana White.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer was set to face Love Island star Fury at the Amalie Arena in Florida last month, but the Brit had to pull out with a broken rib.

Paul ended up arranging a rematch with former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley, which he won by way of a vicious sixth round knockout launching him into a number of 'KO of the year' awards.

But he still harbours resentment towards Fury for pulling out of the fight on such short notice, and mocked him a number of times in the music video for his new song.

Paul raps at one point: "Knockout of the year and Imma keep inclining - Jake go fight a boxer s*** I tried - and he p****ed out 'cause they know how I'm coming so they keep on hiding."

He also shows a scene where he appears on a mock Sports Illustrated cover celebrating his 'Breakout boxer of the year' award, which shows a headline mocking Fury.

It quotes a December 2021 headline from the Manchester Evening News that read " Tommy Fury 'avoided family embarrassment' by pulling out of Jake Paul bout".

The article, in actuality, quotes a sparring partner of Paul's name Jake Bostwick, who felt that the Brit would have embarrassed the Fury family if he lost to a social media star.

Tommy's older brother Tyson is the world heavyweight champion, while his cousin Hughie is a top heavyweight and his dad John was a respectable fighter in his day.

“I’m sorry but no-one this close to the fight should be hitting you hard enough to fracture your ribs," Bostwick told Betway US at the time.

"And if they are you should at least be intelligently defending yourself, you’ve got the biggest fight coming up, your biggest payday.

"So it makes you think maybe he didn’t want the fight. Maybe Tommy was getting nervous, there was a lot riding on this fight, he’s got the Fury name to carry.

"If he loses he’s a family embarrassment, they would absolutely do their nut in.

"If he lost to Jake Paul imagine the memes in the aftermath if he got knocked out. His family would have been p****d.”

Fury has insisted that he wants a rematch with Paul, although the YouTuber appears to have moved on from the fight.

The 7-0 Brit has returned to training, and should be given the go ahead for sparring by the beginning of March.

And he is eager to get back in the ring, particularly against his rival Paul in a big-money American fight.

"Me and Frank are trying to figure out the next date," Fury told the Queensberry Promotions YouTube page. "We want it rescheduled because that's the fight I want next.

"I saw him after the fight calling out all of them MMA people, like what is he trying to achieve by calling out UFC people?

"He wants to be a boxer doesn't he? Then fight a boxer, calling out all these wrestlers and non-boxers who in a cage would kill him any day of the week.

"Let's be honest here, would he beat Nate Diaz [in boxing]? 100 per cent, would he beat any UFC fighter? 100 per cent because they're not boxers.

"I've really got nothing else to say on that because I'm not even entertaining it - he's the fight I want next and he's the fight I'm going to have next, we're just at the stage of working it out."
