Jake Paul Refutes Claims Of Headgear And Heavier Gloves.

Jake Paul breaks silence on 'absurd' rules for Mike Tyson fight

The upcoming boxing match between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson has been generating a lot of buzz, with recent speculation surrounding the rules of the fight. Heavyweight boxer Derek Chisora initially claimed that the bout would involve protective headgear and heavier gloves, which led to criticism and skepticism.

Chisora's comments were echoed by TikTokers, further fueling the debate. However, one of the promoters involved in the event, Nakisa Bidarian, refuted the claims about the headgear, dismissing them as false.

Paul himself has now spoken out against the rumors, labeling them as 'absurd' and expressing disappointment in those who believe them. He vehemently denied the allegations, emphasizing that they are entirely untrue.

The fight between Paul and Tyson is scheduled to be streamed on Netflix on July 20. Tyson, who will be 58 at the time of the match, is set to face off against the 27-year-old Paul at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, known for its 80,000-seat capacity and as the home of the NFL's Dallas Cowboys.

Despite the controversy surrounding the alleged rule changes, the anticipation for the fight remains high, with fans eagerly awaiting the showdown between the two boxing icons.
