Jake Paul believes his fighting career will resume in August or September after he has taken an extended break from boxing.
The YouTube star fought three times in 2021, defeating Ben Askren earlier in the year before beating Tyron Woodley twice with a brutal stoppage in their recent rematch.
Paul has been on holiday and is taking time away from the sport while he assesses his next options.
However the 25-year-old believes he is not yet motivated to begin a gruelling training camp, and will focus for now on the promotion of client Amanda Serrano's clash with Katie Taylor.
"It's hard to say," Paul told the MMA Hour. "There is a lot of other aspects of my life that are really busy. I'm going to these press conferences over the next two weeks to promote Taylor vs Serrano.
"I am very busy on the business side of things with my venture capital fund, so I haven't even got back into the gym or been training at all. I need to have a discussion with my coaches. So probably like August or September, maybe later.
"I am trying to figure it out, obviously if the stars align in some sort of way, or I have a change of heart things can obviously move around. But right now I don't feel that motivated to just go right back into a training camp.
"There really isn't (a frontrunner to face Paul). That is why there is no urgent or immediate rush to make something happen. That is why I am trying to be patient, and there is no-one on my mind right now who would motivate me when I get out of bed in the morning."
Paul has called out a number of opponents in recent weeks including Tommy Fury who he included in a 'diss track' originally aimed at Dana White.
This fight is looking increasingly unlikely to be rescheduled after Fury withdrew from their planned December bout with a broken rib.

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr has also accepted a call from Paul but talks are yet to materialise with the YouTube star currently taking time away from the sport.
Former UFC fighter Anderson Silva is another option that has been discussed after his two boxing victories over Chavez Jr and Tito Ortiz.
Paul has confirmed he would love to make a fight happen with his childhood "idol" which could be a realistic next option.
“Yes, definitely, I would love that fight," Paul continued. "Interesting story, I think he was the first celebrity I ever saw.
"Right when MMA was blowing up, my dad was a super big fan and we went to this local MMA event and they must have paid Anderson Silva to come because it was in Ohio so I don’t know why he would have been there.
"So it would be fun to bring it back full circle and fight someone who was one of my first idols.”
