Jake Paul mocks Floyd Mayweather's reading ability in latest attack

Jake Paul has taken a shot at ring legend Floyd Mayweather by mocking his reading abilities.

Paul and Mayweather have an ongoing feud dating back to Logan Paul's exhibition bout with the former five-weight world champion last June.

'The Problem Child' stole Mayweather's hat at a media event for the fight, resulting in a brawl which left Paul with a black eye.

He has continued to troll Mayweather since their scuffle, stating he wants to buy Mayweather Promotions this year to save Mayweather from "bankruptcy"

And Paul mocked Mayweather after a day of big news in boxing by taking a shot at his reading skills.

"I know there’s a lot of announcements and stuff going on today but Floyd Mayweather still can’t read this tweet," he wrote on Twitter.

Mayweather has been trolled by the likes of rapper 50 Cent and UFC star Conor McGregor in the past for his reading abilities.

50 Cent - whose real name is Curtis Jackson - seemingly issued Mayweather with a reading challenge out of the blue in 2014.

“If you could read one full page of a Harry Potter book … I’ll give $750,000 to whatever charitable organisation you want to," he said to Mayweather.

It was never publicly documented that Mayweather had any sort of reading problems until US show The Breakfast Club released a clip of him struggling to read an advert on live radio.

Durin the build-up to their 2017 crossover fight, McGregor took a shot at Mayweather's reading abilities after he took a rucksack full of money on stage to their press conference.

"You're 40 years of age, dress your f***ing age. Carrying a school bag on stage, what are you doing with a schoolbag on stage? You can't even f***ing read," he said.

"40 years old carrying a school bag, the man doesn't even f***ing read."

Mayweather would go on to knock out McGregor in their fight and retire from boxing with a flawless record of 50-0.

Since then, Mayweather has competed in two exhibition bouts against Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa and Paul's brother Logan.

He knocked out Nasukawa and went eight rounds with Logan, with no winner being declared in the fight that sold over one million pay-per-view buys.

'Money' has been linked to another exhibition fight next month against YouTube star Money Kicks, with the fight set to take place on a helipad at a hotel in Dubai.

The 20-year-old - whose real name is Rashed Belhasa - is the son of a billionaire construction mogul and is one of Dubai's most popular influencers.
