Jake Paul has jokingly 'apologised' after appearing to leake news of Tommy Fury and his girlfriend Molly Mae Hague having heir first baby last week.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer confirmed that after two previous attempts to make a fight between the pair, he had inked a deal to face Fury next month in Saudi Arabia with a social media post last week. And in the post, he noted that "the baby is born" amid a list of excuses that his rival won't be able to make.
Fury and Hague have made no secret of the pregnancy, but both remained quiet on social media over the last few days as it appeared that their daughter was born. Hague had posted to Instagram last week about her pregnancy and the nine months she has undergone, but then proceeded to go radio silent on Instagram.
This was until a post emerged from Paul on Friday afternoon where he wrote: "Fumbles has no excuses now. Baby is born. Money is massive. Immigration is not an issue. Sunday February 26, Paul vs Fury is live on ESPN+ PPV in the US and BT Sport Box Office in the UK."
And after leaking the news, Paul was speaking with the press in London and jokingly responded to a question about the baby from a reporter about the baby by saying: "Did I do that? I leaked it? Oh s***. My bad. I’m sorry Tommy, but don’t worry, I won’t tell anyone the gender or anything like that."

Fury and Hague met on the 2019 season of Love Island, where they formed an instant connection. They've been together ever since, one of the few couples to remain from any season of the show, and announced last summer that they were to welcome their first child, three years after their initial meeting in the villa.
Hague has said that her boyfriend's camp for his fights with Paul as well as Paul Bamba in November (later changed to Rolly Lambert) meant that he spent a lot of her pregnancy away from her. Speaking with IFL TV, she explained: "Me and Tommy literally communicate through FaceTime at this point.
"I think because he's been away so much he sometimes forgets and I'm like 'you do understand that we're two months away and we're going to have a child'. He has to be reminded a bit because he's just away in camp land."
