Jake Paul and Eddie Hearn shook hands on a $1million bet at today's press conference for Katie Taylor's fight with Amanda Serrano.
YouTuber turned boxer Paul, who is Serrano's promoter, asked Hearn, who has worked alongside Taylor since she turned professional, if he would be interested in a bet ahead of this weekend's mega fight.
The American first suggested that he bet all of the jewellery he was wearing, before proposing a $500k stake. Hearn declined before suggesting a $1million bet, to which Paul accepted.
Hearn appeared reluctant to shake hands on it for a few seconds but eventually did before saying they would get the paperwork drawn up.
Paul then insisted that he would give his winnings to Serrano if she emerges victorious on Saturday night.
A shout from the crowd asked Hearn if he would do the same for Taylor, and although there was no reply, he is expected to do so.
