Jake Paul and Eddie Hearn came face-to-face during a promoter face-off at the press conference to formallly announce Katie Taylor's clash with Amanda Serrano.
The pair are co-promoting the historic undisputed female clash between Taylor and Serrano which will take place at Madison Square Garden on April 26.
A press tour began its first leg today with Paul and Hearn representing their female stars in the iconic venue.
In a comical moment, the pair were asked to stare each other down by someone in the audience.
They stood together before facing off and finished by laughing together with the pair on friendly terms to co-promote the event.
Hearn joked with Paul as he left the stage as the pair prepare to do battle in a historic event later this year.
The Matchroom Boxing promoter has previously worked with Paul promoting his professional debut against fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib in January 2020.
However the event was centred around Serrano and Taylor with the pair preparing to try and become arguably the leading pound-for-pound star in female boxing.
Paul has revealed his delight at being able to promote the fight and has paid tribute to many former female stars who have "laid the foundations" for the historic female clash to happen.
"It is an honour to be here at the historic Madison Square Garden," Paul said at the press conference. "Women's boxing has been going since the 1900's but it wasn't until 1999 when they were able to compete professionally.
"23 years later here we are at one of the biggest fights ever headlined by two women at Madison Square Garden. Today is about Amanda and Katie, the two best female boxers in the world right now.

"They deserve this stage and historic payday and they deserve to settle who is pound-for-pound best which is why I am excited to see this fight."
Taylor's undisputed lightweight belts will be on the line against Serrano, who currently holds the unified featherweight crown and has made the leap-up in weight.
The Irish star is currently undefeated in her career and made another successful defence of her crown against Firuza Sharipova in Liverpool late last year.
However she believes this is a "career-defining" fight, and has admitted this was one of the two spectacles she wanted to create before the end of her boxing career.
"Ever since I turned pro, I have had my eyes fixed on two fights," Taylor said. "One was Persoon and the other was Serrano, this is the fight that I have been looking forward to for quite some time now.
"It is incredible how far the sport has come in the last five years, we are headlining at the mecca of boxing Madison Square Garden in a fight that has been described as the biggest in female boxing history.
"This is such a historic moment and all of our hard work has paid off and this will be a career-defining night."
