Jake Hastie has completed his move to Rangers after penning a four-year deal with the Ibrox side.
The 20-year-old winger has signed his pre-contract and will join Steven Gerrard's side in the summer.
The Steelmen will earn a six-figure compensation fee for the Scotland U21 international who has impressed with a host of head-turning displays for Stephen Robinson's side.
Hastie earned his big chance at Fir Park after making an impact during a loan spell with Alloa in the first half of the campaign.

It's a rapid rise for a player who had to bide his time for his big chance at Motherwell. Hastie has earned rave reviews for his ability to take on defenders and can also operate on either flank.
And Gerrard is in no doubt Hastie will improve his squad ahead of next season.
He told the Rangers website: "We’re delighted to be able to add Jake to the squad next season.
“He is a talented young player who has performed well for Motherwell in the second half of this season.
“We are always looking to add individuals to our group of players who will improve us and Jake will undoubtedly do that.”
Rangers are pushing ahead of the upcoming campaign having already signed Jordan Jones on a pre-contract from Kilmarnock.
Director of football Mark Allen is also closing in on a deal for Aberdeen loan star Greg Stewart. The 29-year-old is a free agent in the summer and Birmingham will not offer him fresh terms.
And Allen insists Hastie's arrival is just the beginning.
He said: "We are committed to improving the strength of our squad and this is part of that process. There will be some departures and we hope for a few arrivals which will add greater quality.”
Motherwell also posted a short statement on their website confirming that Hastie would leave at the end of the season.

The club posted: "Jake Hastie is to leave Motherwell at the end of the 2018/19 season.
"The 20-year-old forward has signed a pre-contract agreement with Rangers and will move to Ibrox in the summer.
"The two clubs will now try and agree a suitable compensation package that is acceptable to both parties.
"A product of the Motherwell’s youth academy, Hastie has been with the club since the age of nine.
"He has made 17 appearances for the club, scoring seven goals."
