Forest Green Rovers have had bids accepted for Hibs star Jake Doyle-Hayes and St Mirren midfielder Ethan Erhahon.
The ambitious English League One side are eyeing an SPFL double raid and 23-year-old Doyle-Hayes is now considering the move. The Irish midfielder has opened talks and asked for time to consider the switch as he ponders a move south of the border. Doyle-Hayes still has a contract at Easter Road until the summer of 2025 but hasn’t featured for Hibs since he picked up an injury back in October and Lee Johnson has to cut his own squad before he can strengthen in January.
Forest Green have also had a bid accepted for St Mirren midfielder Erhahon. They have met with the Buddies player and he is also weighing up his options with Portsmouth also interested.
Forest Green recently signed former Hibs and Aberdeen midfielder Dylan McGeouch and appointed former St Johnstone talent spotter Stevie Grieve as their head of performance and recruitment. Scots Kyle McAllister and Regan Hendry are also key players for the New Lawn Stadium outfit who are building up a contingent of SPFL alumni.
