One player was expected to participate in the helmet’s debut but will instead wear purple in Sunday’s matchup, as Jacksonville traded former starting left tackle Cam Robinson to Minnesota last week.
Robinson started at left tackle for Minnesota in Week 9 after practicing just twice with the team. He earned a game ball from head coach Kevin O’Connell for his performance in the Vikings’ 21-13 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
