The Browns have downgraded one player to out as right tackle Dawand Jones will not play, and the Jaguars have done the same. Now without their top cornerback, Tyson Campbell has been downgraded and will not play.
With the news that wide receiver Amari Cooper has cleared the concussion protocol and will play on Sunday, the Browns now get an immediate advantage on paper. While they have not announced who their starting quarterback will be, getting their top wide receiver back against a depleted Jacksonville secondary will give the Browns an area to target.
