The Jacksonville Jaguars have begun their search for their next general manager.
According to various reports, the team has requested a handful of interviews and more are expected to come.
Apart of this search process will be owner Shad Khan, Tony Boselli, who now has an official front office role with the Jaguars, and head coach Liam Coen.
In this search, alignment between Coen and the next general manager will be crucial to help facilitate the construction of the Jaguars’ roster.
“It starts with communication,” Coen said about establishing the Jaguars’ culture. “How do we put the best coaches in place to help these players reach their full abilities?
“With the front office, how do we continue to build there and get this thing fully in alignment so that then when we go into the offseason program, we’re all on the same page, we all understand the vision and the goal?”
Below is an up to date look at who the Jaguars have requested to interview at this time. This post will be updated as new reports come in.
